Easy to setup and great to watch.
The app is slow to do certain tasks and the UI is not intuitive. Secondly why do you care that my phone is rooted?

Excellent tech support! I was experiencing an issue with my frame not recognizing my email address which would not allow me to login. Joe from the support team worked with me to resolve my issue. He was promt in his responses, communicated clear instructions and was very courteous. I am back to enjoying my Nixplay!
I had questions for support and Joe was very helpful. I'm going to purchase a frame for my sister's birthday. I will setup an account for her and load a playlist that will be ready to go when she receives it.
Cannot even make an account. Any legit email provided I'm told it is invalid. Don't even make it past the first screen.
Since the update I have no internet connection on frame and it doesn't take the password to connect.

Need to support adding multiple frames with different email registrations.
